Serverstream's infrastructure is located in three diverse world-class Data Centre facilities in London's Docklands and a fourth Disaster Recovery site at Park Royal. The data centres meet the high security and protection demands of any Internet presence. The Data Centres have redundant systems for connectivity, electrical power, air conditioning and fire suppression to ensure that your Internet presence is always available. The Data Centres are monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year.

All staff are committed and trained to provide you with continual, high-level network monitoring and load management of your connection. In addition, there is engineering support for outage response and network performance analysis.
